🛠️ Your Role:

As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll be the linchpin between our products and our valued customers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Customer Engagement: Interact with clients via phone, email, and web to provide prompt solutions.

• Technical Support: Offer immediate assistance, including quotations, technical research, and proposal development.

• Order Management: Handle backorders and customer requirements to maximize satisfaction.

• Collaborative Solutions: Work alongside our engineering team to deliver tailored solutions.

• Vendor Relations: Build and maintain relationships with manufacturing partners.

• Operational Support: Assist with warehouse duties as needed (receiving, stocking, packing, shipping, product delivery).
