Salary Range $60,000 - $70,000 based on experience plus uncapped commission potential.

- Communicate with customers primarily by email and phone, responding promptly and professionally to questions and requests.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, product information, and literature for customers.
- Research products and technical information to help identify solutions that meet customer requirements.
- Work directly with manufacturers and suppliers to obtain pricing, availability, technical information, and other product details.
- Track and escalate back orders and customer requirements to maximize fill rates and exceed customer expectations.
- Provide technical and product support based on customer needs.
- Develop and maintain positive, professional relationships with customers, manufacturing partners, and suppliers.
- Collaborate closely with EIA's sales, operations, warehouse, and technical teams.
- Assist with receiving, stocking, packing, shipping, and occasional product delivery when business needs require it.
- A solid and dependable work history.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education, technical training, or certifications are a plus.
- 1–2+ years of Customer Service or Inside Sales experience, preferably in an industrial, manufacturing, distribution, OEM, or similar environment.
- Previous experience with international markets, especially Asian Market, helpful
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, automation, pneumatic, or hydraulic equipment and components is preferred but not required.
- A strong willingness and ability to learn EIA's extensive product offering.
- Strong research and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel.
- ERP experience preferred; Epicor Prophet 21 experience is a plus.
- A positive, cooperative attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Ability to lift approximately 25–50 pounds when necessary.
